8v8 Pro NC Pro (A), Elite (B) & Comp (C) Divisions – Sat (6/7) Pool Play & Sun (6/8) Bracket Play

5v5 Coed NC Pro (A) & Comp (C) Divisions – Sat (6/7) after Men’s 5v5

5v5 Men’s NC Pro (A), Elite (B) & Comp (C) Divisions – Sat (6/7) 12pm

5v5 Women’s NC Open Division – Sat (6/7) 8:30am

Style of tournament:

All 8v8 & 5v5 Formats and Divisions - 3 games guaranteed, 2 pool play games & single elimination bracket play

Fees:

$100 deposit due at signup (no refunds)

8v8s – Registration $285, Late Registration (after 5/25) $335

All 5v5 Adult Formats - Registration $235, Late Registration (after 5/25) $285

**FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY 6/1 OR TEAM WILL NOT BE ADDED TO TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE**

1^st place – Champions plaque, up to 16 Champions Rings, 1 All Tourney plaque & 1 MVP plaque

2^nd place – Runner Up plaque, up to 16 Summer Bash  Flag sets, 1 All Tourney plaque 

All 5v5 Formats:

1^st place – Champions plaque, up to 12 Champions Rings, 1 All Tourney plaque & 1 MVP plaque

2^nd place – Runner Up plaque, up to 12 Summer Bash Flag set, 1 All Tourney plaque 

5v5 Coed NC SZN 8 - Wednesday Nights - Summer 2025

League Details

• Regular Season - Open Division
• Playoffs - Pro & Comp Divisions
• Location: Rusty Lyons Fields
• Day: Wednesday Nights
• Start Date: 5/28/25
• # of Games: 10 games + playoffs
• Playoffs: Single elimination, All teams make playoffs
• Flag Length: Flags must be at least 15 inches long. No cloth, No NFL Youth flags allowed. 

Registration Info:

• Team Fee:
  Early Fee - $375 paid in full by 5/10/25
  Standard Fee - $400 paid in full by 5/24/25
  Late Fee - $425 paid in full by 6/6/25
• Team Deposit: $100 due at signup **NO REFUNDS!
• Free Agent Fee: $55 includes standard belt/flag set 
• Rosters: Required by 3rd week of season, any changes after 3rd week needs to go through TFFA for approval. Roster Max - 12 players + 2 IR spots.
• Player ID cards required for playoffs ($5 per player/per card) 
• Registration Closes: 6/6/25

League Details

• Divisions: Men's - Pro (A), Elite (B), & Comp (C)
• Location: Rusty Lyons Softball Fields
• Day: Wednesday Nights - 5v5 Men's AIO SZN 3
• Start Date: 5/28
• # of Games: 10
• Playoffs: Single elimination playoffs - All teams make playoffs

Registration Info:

• Team Fee: Regular Registration - $400 PD in full before 6/1, Late Registration - $425 PD after 5/31. Full Payment Due 6/8.  
• Team Deposit: $100 due at registration.
• Roster Info: Rosters required for all teams. Players must be on team's roster by 6/10. Any updates to rosters after 6/10 must go through & be approved by TFFA. Roster max - 12. 
• Registration Closes: 6/1

**Teams that are not paid in full by 6/8 will be removed from the schedule until the full amount owed is paid in full.**

5v5 Men's SZN 15 - Tuesday Nights - Summer 2025

• Divisions: Men's - Pro (A), Elite (B), & Comp (C)

• Day: Tuesday Nights - 5v5 Men's SZN 15
• Start Date: 5/27/25
• # of Games: 10
• Playoffs: Single elimination playoffs - All teams make playoffs

Registration Info:

• Team Fee: Regular Registration - $400 PD in full before 6/1, Late Registration - $425 PD after 5/31. Full Payment Due 6/8.  
• Team Deposit: $100 due at registration.

League Details:

• Divisions: A (Pro), B (Elite) & C (Comp)
• Location: Olmos Basin Park Fields
• Day: Sunday Morning/Afternoon
• Start Date: 6/1
• Number of Games: 6 (4 week schedule)
• Playoffs: Single Elimination, teams with a .500 or better record make playoffs
  
  

Registration Info:

• League Fee: $400 when paid in full before 6/8, $425 when paid in full after 6/7. Full Payment Due 6/13.
• Team Deposit: $100 due at registration. No refunds.
• Roster Info: Rosters required for all teams. Players must be on team's roster by 6/10. Any updates to rosters after 6/10 must go through & be approved by TFFA. Roster max - 20. 
• Registration Closes: 6/8
• **Teams that are not paid in full by 6/13 will be removed from the schedule until the full amount owed is paid in full.**
